This was after we “broke up,” hahah. Now if you ask him about it, he goes, “We never broke up, don’t even say that.” Haha. <3 The night he wrote this was one of the most emotional nights of my life. I realized a made a big mistake of telling him what I did, and I cried to him over the phone. He said to me, “You know I’m not going to leave, no matter what. You know how much I want this, how much I want us. I’ll be here, waiting.” That made me cry even more! It was one of those nights where we had one of our deep talks, and it was nice. It helped us really see how strong we are together. NOW look at everything we’ve conquered <3

That point of rest has got to be in all of it. Even though you are active out there in the world, within you there is a point of complete composure and rest. When that’s not there, then you are in agony. Keep bringing yourself back to that point of rest whenever you are thrown off balance. For now, that is. Meeting hella new people, no drama. I plan for it to stay that way. Classes are good, physics is hard though. Ugh. I don’t like that class. But oh well. Running for Class of 2013 President & Assembly Commissioner. Mm, I’m excited for this year!

Don’t tell your girlfriend you love her and then go flirt with other girls behind her back, thinking she won’t find out. Cos trust me, she will. She doesn’t deserve to be treated like that. She’s been hurt. WAY TOO MANY TIMES. She was hoping you were different. But you weren’t. And she puts up with it and never brings it up because she knows you guys will fight. Trust me.. she already knows you’ve been flirting around. She just doesn’t say anything because it makes you think she doesn’t trust you. But guess what? SHE TRUSTED YOU ENOUGH TO GIVE YOU HER WHOLE HEART. She gave you the ability to break her heart, BUT TRUSTING YOU NOT TO. I’d have to say that my biggest accomplishment of the day was finding my way around the school to my classes :D HAHAH. I didn’t get lost today! Except for on my way to physics, because of friggin Thu -__- But the rest of the day went by pretty well. Met more new people, laugh attacks to the max, Mr. Nieman is boring, 2nd chair soprano in choir, dropped drama / now I have 3rd period PE, signing up for Class of 2013 Class President, applying for Freshmen Assembly Commissioner, it was hot, geometry was fun today. Okay, done with my never-ending sentence. Paaayce.

Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Got lost a couple of times, but it’s cool. Went up to random people and asked them if they knew where certain buildings were. Haha, I swear. That school is waaaay too big ;X But it’s cool. I met a lot of pretty chill people, too. I couldn’t stop laughing the whole day :)

Welcome assembly. Waited outside for daaays. But when they opened the doors, a whole mob of freshmen started piling in. The teachers were there to welcome all of us, it was pretty cool. Sat down in the front with Hoa, Salyna, Danh, Kenneth, Thu, Diana, & Mary. The 2012 officers were introduced, then Mazzie sang. Dizzzzang, that girl’s got pipes! You did hella good, Ate, don’t sweat it :) Skits were pretty interesting.. haha. I give them props though, for putting effort into it. Playgroundz performed.. Aiyaa, babes didn’t put any effort into it. Haha, I saw it. And he even admitted it to me. Haha. But it was good, they performed well. Good job, you guys! Overall the assembly was pretty chill. Shorter than I expected, though. I had two whole hours to do whatever I wanted, haha. Spent it with Babes. <3

First period, Leadership. Didn’t have a meeting today. Hence the ‘two whole hours to do whatever I wanted.’ Haha. Starts tomorrow, though! :D I’m excited.

Second period, English 1A. I have Brandon, Michelle, & Erika in this class. Everyone said Matsushita was a boring, mean teacher.. Didn’t seem like it to me. From what we did today, she seemed pretty chill. We spent a load of the period talking about The Bean Trees, and another load trying to figure out how to pronounce her name, haha. S’all good.

Third period, Drama 1. They screwed up my schedule on this one -__- I entered Melvin’s classroom and it was full of juniors & seniors. I was like, whaaaat. There was only like, 3 other freshmen there. So I asked Ms. Melvin what was up, and she said that the messed up all the freshmen’s drama period. I’m supposed to have it fourth.. but she said that since I have choir fourth period, I could switch classes, or just drop drama and take another elective. I’m dropping drama, because choir was fun. Hahaha.

Break. Chilled with people. Walked around. ‘What the hell, we don’t have a posse like everyone else.’

Fourth period, Choir 1. Hella fun class. Everyone in there is outgoing. I have this class with Babe! & Dieumy. Introducing each other was pretty fun.. ‘this is Katelyn… she learned how to sing by watching Barney.’ ‘Awww, how cute!’ Hahaha. ‘How come I didn’t know that!?’ Haha. I can’t wait for performances with these heads.

Fifth period, Physics. Ehhh, it was pretty boring. At first, I didn’t really understand what Ms. Li was saying, but I eventually caught on :P She’s cool, funny. I have Thu & Darlene in this class. Pretty quiet kids in there, though -__- So I was being loud whenever she called on me. Haha. I tried to make people in there laugh, too. It worked. :) Hopefully they’re not so quiet as the year progresses…

Sixth period, Spanish. Hahah, fun stuff! ‘Where’s the clock?’ ‘Okay, can we learn Spanish now?’ I have Matthew & Vivian in this class. Nikko from my choir class is there, too.. he’s hella funny. He’s nice though, him & Reginald helped me find my seventh period class. Mr. Nieman talked a lot.. he seems strict, but he’s kinda funny. We’ll see what happens with this class.

Seventh period, Geometry. DUDE. Hahahaha. I sit at a table with Robell, Frederick, & Carmina. HELLA MAKING ME CRACK UP, to the fullest. I couldn’t stop laughing, hahaha. Those kids are hella funny. Ms. Todd kind of talked a lot, but Robell & Carmina kept making me laugh so it was kind of hard to concentrate ;X Chill class, though.

Mmm, can’t wait for the rest of the year already! :)

Advice for english 1a.

Good luck with her. I had her 2 years ago. Have fun responding to a question w/ 10 compound sentences. Have more fun with her SATS test. When she offers extra credit, do all of them. It would totally boost ur grade. =), but you will like her. she isn’t hard :X

Freshmen, please be at the large gym by 8:20 for the welcome assembly. (Sophomore & upperclassmen will be on a late collaboration schedule. Anyone who has leadership doesn’t have to be there at the leadership meeting Tuesday, due to the fact that there won’t be a meeting, but leadership will happen the following day. After the assembly, all students will be on a late collaboration schedule, which goes as follows:

So anyone who has leadership has an open first period. BUT, leadership WILL be held the following day, Wednesday, August 26th. I hope this cleared up any questions! :)

I’m almost finished with my Honors assignment! Woo hoo! =)

Got up at like, 6:30. Left the house at around 7:45. Anthony called, asked where I was at, and told me to hurry up. Got at IHS at around 8. Kicked it w/Anthony, just caught up and looked at people. “I bet you 5 bucks he’s gay” Counted how many white people were there, HAHAH. David came, he kicked it with us, too. Saw Isbaal, he came over and said hi. Anthony bounced at about 8:20, because he “didn’t have a reason to be there.” So he left, and David and I went over to the group of Sheppard people. Saw Reuben, gave him a hug. Said hi to Jenelle and other people. Saw Kenneth, said hi to him too. Gave him a hug. Chatted it up, told me about his dad going to the emergency room. Ha, woooow dude. Him and I stuck together the rest of the beginning of the orientation. We walked inside the gym, the Link Crew leaders were hella screaming. “Um.. am I supposed to feel special?” Hahaha. Found our name tags. “Dude. This is the letter P. We’re all the way over there!” I didn’t have a number on my name tag, and I thought I needed one, so some leader gave me the number 21. Kenneth and I walked around, looking at all the people there. “Daaaamn.. she’s fine.” Haha. Saw some guy, he dressed hella nice. “Damn. I’m gonna dress Raymond like that.” HAHAHAH.

Kenneth and I went and sat up in the bleachers with the rest of the heads. “What am I supposed to do? Stand?” Kenneth sat beside, uh, I forgot who, and I sat next to Hoa. I eventually moved down one seat of bleachers and told Brandon to sit next to me. Kenneth hopped down and sat next to me too. Looked at the IHS sign and were trying to think of what else it could stand for. “I Hate School, I mean, look. It’s right there.” Haha. “I Had Sex,” “International House of Semen.” Friggin freak nastieeess -__- Waited for hella days for the thing to start. Took pictures. Yours, Your Neighbor’s. They’ve never played that game! I was like, whaaaat, are you kidding me. “Let’s start! I’m getting old! My back’s breaking!” Finally, Ms. Dinh started talking. It was booooring in the beginning, though. We were just sitting there, I was telling Brandon & Kenneth my problems, HAHAHAHA. She explained the dress code and whatnot. Told everyone to put their phones on vibrate and take off their hats. “OH DAMN, someone took a crap on his head!” Hahaha, cracking up for hella days. Did some relaxation method where we had to massage the person in front of us. Kenneth hit my tickle spots, jerk -__- Haha. Battle of the Sexes, boys won. Every row of frehsmen went down to a Link Crew leader and we did teamwork exercises. Pretty interesting.

Then we were told to find our groups. I went over to #21, Link Crew leader was Allen Hernandez. He’s hella chill! We ended up combining our group with Kat’s, Ashlyn’s, Rose’s, Tammy’s, and Jessica’s. Haha, some of the coolest Link Crew leaders by far. I got asked if I was related to Rachelle, because I’m “loud and look familiar.” Hahaha. “She’s my favorite freshmen already!” Cos I participated and was loud and outgoing :D Haha. Played Chief and Human Knot. Good stuff, good stuff. Met some pretty chill people. Did Questions, Life Story, & Team Juggling. Team juggling was hecka crazy! It was fun though. Allen was hella bashing on Jessica, aha. They were telling us not to party and who were the good teachers and what to expect. We walked around, took a tour. That part was pretty chill.

We were allowed a half an hour break, so I met up with Hoa, Nancy, and Brandon. Saw Babes! He was headed towards the senior stage with Cassie & Jaron? I think those were their names.. ;X They were hecka nice! “Um. I have to approve of you.. okay I approve.” Haha. Met some HATER, too. I was like, what was thaaat about. Chilled with Babes & his friends for a while. “Hey! They’re holding hands! Hoy!” Hahah. They had to leave after a while. So Cassie goes, “It was nice meeting you. You’re apart of the family now.” Hahaha <3

Took pictures with Ate Joecell. Omgaaah, hella retakes! Dennybill took one for us, he was hella shaking! Hahaha, it was funny. Took a picture with Kuya Jerwin, too. Then just mingled with people, talked until I had to go back with my group.

Went back to the group @12:40. Then we finished the tour and just chilled in the ASB lounge until we had to go back to the gym. We were late ;X Learned the cheer. Signed up for clubs. I only signed up for Leadership, though.

Overall, it was pretty fun. I’m excited for high school now <3

You’re always telling me how all ya exes keep on telling you that they still love you and want you back. I HATE that. I HATE them still trying to get at you. I’m sorry, i’m being selfish.. But still. “You’re all mine and I’m all yours.” Remember that? Yeaaah girls, hate on that. Back up, stop hitting on him. That’s the closest you’ll ever get.

On the phone with Babes, he already fell asleep on me -__- Eh, i’ll let it slide, there are too many things clouding his mind right now + he didn’t get any sleep at all last night and he had practice +work today. Aiyaaa, poor baby. But he called me anyways, to be the last one i talk to at night and so we can fall asleep together. <3 But shhh, he doesn’t know i’m writing this while he’s sleeping. Hahaha.

Oh, cutest thing. Today i was reading The Bean Trees, right. So i could finish it +the dialectical journal. And i put on Twitter, “let’s see how long i can read without getting distracted…” Then two minutes later, i get a text. I was hesitant to pick up my phone, because i wanted to focus on reading. But then i saw it said ‘Boo Boo <3’ on it (yeah, that’s Babe’s contact name on my phone, haha) so i looked at it anyways. What did it say? Hi babe, i’m distracting you :) Ha, i thought it was the cutest thing. <3
