I love making my parents proud.
I’ve been working my butt off in school recently and it’s paying off. My mom just called and told me, “Good job on your grade in Psychology.” I boosted it up to an A! I’m like crying right now because it’s nice to hear that my hard work is paying off and that I’m making my parents proud.

This is the first time in a long time that I don’t have homework. I forgot what it was like to not stress over homework and to enjoy the day instead. It’s nice, man. It’s definitely nice to have a break once in a while from working my butt off in school.
Before my shift at the football game yesterday, I spent some time with my boyfriend just sitting down on a bench at school and enjoying each other’s company. Busy bee
It’s not that I’ve put too much on my plate; I just have a lot of things to do as of recently. I can handle everything I set myself up for but sometimes I just feel like there aren’t enough hours in a day to accomplish everything I need to.
I am so blessed to have a significant other who gives me daily reassurance, even if I don’t ask for it. I never get tired of hearing how much he cares about me.

Although I don’t have straight A’s, I’m pretty proud of myself for keeping up the grades that I have. They have most definitely improved from last year, that’s for sure. I’ve been working my butt off in school, hoping that it pays off. I’m doing good in all my classes! … and then there’s chemistry with Barbour.. -___-

Winchester Mystery House Maze tomorrow with the junior class officers/commissioners. After reading the reviews and seeing pictures.. omg, I am scared out of my mind. I would back out but then my friends wouldn’t have a ride there.. Damn.. Haha. I get scared easily, so I don’t know how this is gonna work out, considering the maze is one of the top 10 scariest Halloween Haunts..
The audacity of some people, man. You would think that by the time we’ve entered high school, people would mature up and learn to handle problems in a more proper manner.
It is the most irritable thing ever when certain situations get blown out of proportion. This is likely caused by a miscommunication error or because someone took something the wrong way. Problems escalate to a point where the drama is extremely unnecessary and intolerable. Yeah, I’m not down for that.
Two things I love about the fall
• The weather (minus those days where it rains really hard) • The holidays Goodbye shorts, tanktops, and swimming; hello sweaters, hot cocoa, and cuddling.
People complain when it’s hot and those same people complain when it’s cold. Go figure.

I take delight in being one of those people my friends come to for advice or even just so I can listen to them vent. I appreciate the fact that they trust me enough to tell me their problems.
